In order to use the services available at www.danderyd24.se  you need a citizen account with your login information. The account is personal and gives access to a personal page with individual information. If you do not yet have a citizen account, you have to apply for this first, see Step 1. It may take a couple of days before you receive your login information by mail. If you have a citizen account, you go directly to Step 2 to select school.

Step 1 - Apply for a citizen account
Click on "New Citizen Account" in the menu to the left and fill in your information. When your application for citizen account has been considered, a personal user name and password will be sent home to you by mail. The citizen account is personal and gives you access to individual information.

This is how you make your selection of compulsory school/after-school centre/domestic after school care:

Step 2 - Login and make your selection
After receiving your user name and password you login via "Login" in the left menu on this page. Select Pre-school class, Compulsory school or After school centre/Domestic after school care. Then select "Selection 2006/2007" or "Selection for new citizens". Click on your child's name. Select the area in which the school is situated, school and school year. When making your school selection you have to select three different school alternatives. You shall make a first-, second- and third-hand choice. Tick the box if you want after-school centre/domestic after school care.Fill in the message box if you have any special requirements/information to the school.

Step 3 - Follow your school selection
After making your school selection you can follow your school selection case on "My page". You can for example see if your case is under consideration, who handles it and if any decision has been made. Here you will also receive a message if the school can offer your child a place. If you do not want the place offered, you shall contact the school. Otherwise you are assumed to having accepted the offer.
Parents with joint custody will both be informed about the place that the child has been offered.

Do you not have access to the Internet?
You can then get support with making the school selection at one of the schools, the libraries and at Utbildnings- och kulturkontoret.
